We have a PC with a decoder thing to use a broadband connection. Can two such facilities run at the same time on the same telephone line? Thank you in anticipation of your answer.

Yes, but you'll have to somehow get the signal from one building (the one with the broadband connection) over to the second building. If possible, you could run cabling between the two buildings. If close enough, you could extend a wireless network from one to the other, using wireless-N technology. Or you could set up a Line of Sight connection, with an antenna on each building that passes the signal and network from one to the other.
