Goats milk soap is very good. It cleanses your skin without leaving any toxic or chemical residue as most commercial soaps do. It won't give you itching skin or allergic rashes and is mild and gentle enough to use on young childrens skin. So long as it is unscented.

Spots and dry skin can be helped by using 2 tablespoons of organic apple cider vinegar mixed to a paste with 1 teaspoon of baking soda. Using cotton balls, sponge mixture over your face as you would a moisturiser concentrating on problem areas. Baking soda is a natural exfoliant and apple cider vinegar gives great tone and rosiness to your cheeks. Cleanse with warm water and a sponge. Afterwards use a small amount of cold pressed extra virgin olive oil and moisturise your face and neck. Even if you already have oily skin all skin needs a little bit of oil. Very cheap home remedy, all natural products and really does a good job.
