Yes there is a card for that & it's called the Sattilte reseption card ask your hardwer vender for info
This Card reseves Radio & even Chanels like a tv & better you just need a dish with it

Might want to consider USB too, easier to port it to another PC or USB device etc.

Also, unless World Space is a must, and you have internet access, lots of free internet radio, which is the advantage a pc has.
