"Men always" is typically a good start to a nonsensical statement.
When my wife and I are going out, I have made it a habit to not even get up out of my chair until she gets her coat on. I have never personally seen a man do anything that takes longer than a woman putting on her make-up and fixing her hair. Most women can't even bath as fast as a man. So....,when you say we rush you and then take longer, I don't think you have a solitary clue what you're talking about.

That's an invalid generalization.
I broke up with a woman specifically because she was acting like a craving dog to get into the sack, and I wanted to see how I felt about her first, who she was socially and intellectually and in terms of her values and shared sensibilities, without bringing sex into it to skew feelings and intelligent decision-making.
It depends on the individual, but both sexes rush things at times.

take your time in what since?
well if it is about grooming, in general, it is women who usually takes time to do it on themselves.. because aside from choosing the best clothes to wear we also have to make ourselves up, from the hair to the face, down to all the accesories needed.. whereas men would just put on whatever clothes that they feel they are comfortable with and the hair and thats it... So what im trying to say is that not all men takes their time longer than women..
