It came out in court that Howard K. Stern is set to receive 6% of anything she gets from the J. Howard Marshall -- her dead husband's -- estate, because he was and is still her lawyer in that case. That could be as little as $0 and as much as $millions. HE said any OTHER money he gets will go to Dannielynn's trust fund. That remains to be seen!

He will never need to work, he will write a book or a movie.
I do not think that her daughter will inherit any money from the Marshall so I do not understand why everybody thinks the baby is worth millions when there is 0 in her name.
He will also collect money on her royalty like, shows, movies and I bet all her clothing and jewelry will go on auction.
I believe that mentally he took advantage of Anna Nicole and made her to believe that he is the only one for her after her son died she was not herself and made poor decision like wanting marrying this scam.

Well, they weren't legally married and he would have no legal entitlement to anything from her estate unless she had changed her will. Her daughter is the one who will receive it all. If Stern is the father, he will obviously control the estate for the benefit of his daughter. If he is not the father, then all he would probably is the benefit of the publicity and whatever book, movie or TV deal he can make.

I feel so sorry for that baby. never knowing her Mom and always having to look over her shoulder and check that she isn't being stalked/watched.
I hope she doesn't end up getting used like her Mom did. Rest in Peace Anna-Nicole.

Stands to get somewhere about 360 million from the estate of that old fart she married. Why do you think he killed her and Daniel. If they try to give it to that baby or it's Father, then they will OD or crib death too.
