First off, shemale is a very offensive term used only in pornograpy. If you mean transsexual women who have yet or don't plan on having the operation, they typically use the women's restroom, which is really for their own saftey. Remember that estrogen weakens their muscles and ability to get erect, let alone destroys the sex drive, so it isn't like they are going to try raping someone in the bathroom. Transsexuals just want to be able to look in the mirror every day without dying inside, something most people take for granted.

This question comes up frequently in our community as we have many crossdressing friends. Its my personal opinion that those who are still physically men should use the men's bathroom. As a parent, if I found a crossdresser in the women's bathroom with my children in it, I would call the cops. Use some common sense. While you have every right to crossdress, you do not have the right to make everyone else accept you. If you in a public place, use the men's john. If you have the balls to dress in public, then have the balls to be a man about it. Men protect women and children, they don't expose them to confusion conditions. However if you are in a gay bar, or have a female friend to go with you, I don't see a thing wrong with using the women's bathroom.

Depends what they were born as. If they're born as a male, then they must use the men's toilets and vice versa.

If you mean a transexual, they use whichever they are dressed for.

If you mean someone born with inter-sexed birth defect, then all I will say is that it's not in good taste to make fun of people with birth defects.
