Unless you become adopted into a new family, or discover a longlost brother or sister, what you want is not really likely. However, friends are the family you choose for yourself. Find someone with whom you feel a close connection, and become the best of friends. This is a two way relationship and through the ups and downs of a committed relationship you'll find what you seek. Sex is not necessary. Love, commitment, and honest communication is what it takes...and gives.
