I started having sudden abdominal pain 2 days ago. The pain feels like pre-menstrual cramps, but my period isn't due for another 2 weeks.

You may have ovarian cysts/cyst which i believe are quite common. Some may need to be removed others can be laser treated. Possibly even bacterial infection in urinary tract. Obviously you should check it out with the doc.

Sometimes this can be serious. I would get into the doc or E.R. as soon as possibile. I knew a girl that thought the same and found out she had to go under emergency surgery because of a cancer that was so large and maligant. I hope this is not happening to you.
