ok when you search something on the internet how can you delete stuff thats been searched on the browser?

Empty your cache and delete your history in the preferences of your browser.

Go to Internet Options and select Clear History, Delete Files, and if you want, Delete Cookies and clear history of search terms. That should help. That will clear all history, searches, etc. However, don't forget that this info (search info) will always be stored on your hard drive, but nobody except maybe a large fortune 500 company would ever check the hard drive.
