I live in southwest Va where the cost of living is moderate compared to some places and the only thing to go to is wal mart and is our main attraction. The bordering states are North Carolina, Tennessee, Kentucky, Maryland, & West Virginia. The cost farther east is higher. If you ever move here, don't come to southwest Va because there isn't crap here.

well virgina is located north of North Carolina and south of Maryland. yes, virgina is a developed state! The capital of Virginia is Richmond. The cost of living is moderately high. You can expect to pay about $1,500 to $2,000 for an apartment, a decent townhouse or condo will run about $500,000-$700,000.

The cost of living is pretty high, because most of the people don't have shoes. Or teeth. And marry their siblings. So everyone with a job ends up paying for everything.
You have to take a test to get into Virginia, if you're smarter than the average Wheel of Fortune contestant, you're not allowed in.

Real bad. Like, monkeys hanging from trees and men walking around in thongs. You don't wanna go there.
