It isn't necessarily an anarchist
anarchy is essentially a left wing religion/political ideology about having a non government/non ruler state where everyone does their own thing without impinging on other people's rights, but isnt told what to do or ruled by anyone or anything
that doesn't mean they rebel against the world to be themselves
it all depends on what theyre rebelling about and what their motives are for rebelling
everyone disagrees about something in the world
generalising they would be an anti-conformer
but they could be a disestabishmentatrian, an antisdisestabishmentarian, anti-capitalist, anti-communist, anti-fascist, anti-immigration, anti-vivisection or an anti anything
or if theyre just being a p*ick and rebelling for the sake or rebelling then theyre an a**ehole
