Depends what kind of turtle it is?

they have baby turtle food. try that, heck my Red Eared Slider has lived off the stuff. Just got her checked and the vet say she is as healthy as can be. She is 21 so I must be doing something right eh? also try small small pieces of fruit and veg. iceburg lettuce is not good though since it is mainly water. if the baby food looks too big just snap it in half. they eat just about anything. Perfect choice of pet man.

Your local pet shop should carry turtle food, which is primarily freeze dried insects.

please dont get your information on keeping a turtle from here. Go to www.chelonia.org. Find what species you have and they will have a care sheet for it. Its really a great site.
