John Cena, Rey Mysterio, Undertaker, Edge, and Randy Orton.
I put Randy at the bottom because like you said, he does truly suck. Nobody likes him and he should be fired from the WWE.
John Cena and Rey Mysterio are the best. They have got the coolest moves, great power, and they have both held two top titles. They deserve #1 and #2 on my list.

I would rank this list like so:
1: Randy Orton, He has great mic skills. He is the Better overall Wrestler on this list. And Can Play face and heel well.
2: Edge. He has the Best mic skills on this list. He is the best Grappler on this list. And Has been around awhile. And is a Heel Favorite
3: Rey Mysterio. He is a great Cruiserweight. And an overall nice guy.
4: Undertaker. One word. LEGEND
2132: John Cena. Why this low. OVERATED. SUCKS BUTT.
