MEIC 125??: GOOD LUCK WITH THE PROFITEROLES. MAKE SURE YOU FILL THEM WITH NICE VANILLA ICE CREAM, AS THE REAL FRENCH DO, And not whipped cream. use real 70% cocoa choc for the sauce.and don't burn these "choux"

Baklava - filo, mixed caster sugar and ground almonds, a few sultanas or raisins - even sliced apple if you like - then bake for half hour at mark 4 and another 10 mins at mark 5. Allow to cool then pour sugar syrup/golden syrup/honey or whatever you fancy all over it and allow it to go cold.

Today I am baking no-bake cookies to send to my nephew in college. Of course, it goes without saying, I am keeping some here too. :-)
