x^2-9x+14 = x^2-7x-2x+(7x2)=x(x-7)-2(x-7)= (x-2)(x-7)

27x^3-64 = (3x)^3 - 4^3 use the formula a^3-b^3=(a-b)(a^2+ab+b^2) and solve

42x^3+51x^2-18x= 3x(14x^2+17x-6) =3x(14x^2+21x-4x-6)
=3x[ 7x(2x+3)-2(2x+3)]=3x[ (2x+3)(7x-2)]

here you go:

x^2-9x+14
= x^2-2x-7x+14
=x(x-2)-7(x-2)
= (x-7)(x-2)

you get it?

next one:

i don't think it can be factored. if it can then i'm not sure how.sorry.

lastly:

42x^3+51x^2-18x
= x( 42x^2+51x-18)
=x( 42x^2+63x-12x-18)
=x( 21x(2x+3)-6(2x+3))
= x(21x-6)(2x+3)

i hope that this helped you.
