I think the biological father should get the baby. I think it is LB. However I do believe HKS truly loved Anna also and it would be nice if HKS could stay in close contact with the child as she gets older as he was with ANS the longest and can tell her more about her mother.

As I understand the legal documents left by Anna Nicole the baby should be under the custody of Howard K. Stern. I think that is where she will be no matter who is determined to be the father.

The child should go to the biological father & I truely hope & pray that the father is Mr. Larry Birkhead. I just don't think Howard K Stern would be a suitable parent or role model for any kid since he likes to live off of women & I'm not much in favor of the mom getting custody either. Both of these people seem to be more about $$$$$$ than anything else.

I have read some of the answers to your question, the one about ANS mother! Shame on you, judging like that, you know if Anna would have been able and strong enough on her own, she and her son would still be alive, the enabler Howard Stern, if not contributed to both deaths, did it. Stern swayed her to the Bahamas, to get her away from family, and friends. When he found out she was having L.Birkheads baby, he know his days were numbered, and he was the guardian,for her then living son,but not when the son would have turned 21, and then a second child. Which makes him out, some one better get the baby away from him before he kills her. He's a parasite

The baby needs to go to whoever is the real dad. Plain and simple. And if Howard K. Stern is negotiating money in exchange for the baby with Larry Birkhead, then Birkhead needs to say "Keep the money Howard, I don't want it. Just give me my kid."

If the mother got custody it would grow up a donut munching, donkey punching trailorpark redneck. Plus she has no title to her and ANS hated her any way, the true dad ie. Larry birkhead. should have custody. that creep stern says " I dont need a paternity test , I can see its mine. Well Ive got news , It aint your baby so give it back, the thing so looks like larry have you seen the comparisons.
