if hes your regular window cleaner and can be trusted i wouldnt worry too much, as its a homer he's probably going to dilly dally. a window cleaner isnt going to risk his round for 100 quid. say 100 houses on his round at 5 quid a house minus the tax(if he's legit) clearing maybe 350 a week he isnt going to shoot himself in the foot by ripping you off. you'll see him again soon maybe a bit late and very apologetic. on a scale of 10 how stupid are you? the answer is zero.
