You obviously are not a parent and didn't do well in biology. Milk doesn't come in tins, it comes from mammals. As for the amount of milk a breast contains, if the woman is not lactating, zero. If she is, then it depends on how much milk her baby needs. Supply and demand determines how much.

A scoop is not a way to measure milk. Scoops are used to measure ignorance of people who ask asinine questions. How many scoops would you say you have?

you mean "need"? because breastfeeding will always be best for babies. except for vitamin K and fat i think, breast milk has higher contents than those that come in cans. plus the fact that the mother can transfer some antibodies to the baby which can protect him for 6 months.. my daughter who was exclusively breastfed for just 6 months is very healthy up to now. no major illness whatsoever except for occasional fever and colds but nothing really alarming. so how will you breastfeed if you don't have breasts?

plus, if you're not a parent person yet, it's an erogenous zone.

Breast milk is the essential for brain and body development for an infant. The amount it holds depends on the amount of membranes in the breast. Some women have to supplement and some have an abundance.

breast feeding is by far superior to formula!!!!
my boy is 19 months and still gets a little breast milk after his bed time bath and he has had 1 cold and 1 tummy upset total.
he's healthy. above average height but not overweight and is 4 months ahead of average in his mental development. breast feeding might not be the reason for all of this but i feel it has played a important role

How dare you, breast milk contains everything a baby needs, it also protects them against lots of child ailments and gives them an immunity.
I don't think you really care what the answer is, you just wanted to cause a reaction!!!

The thing is the milk that comes from your breast is healthyer for your baby then the stuff that comes in cans/tins. Thats why we still have breast.

Breastfeeding is so much better for a child. My son is breastfed and he's thriving at 13 weeks! He's gaining weight really well and hasn't been ill at all!!

I wouldn't give him crappy tinned milk!!!! Nature designed breastmilk to contain all a baby needs.

Breast milk has so much more than and tin could offer. All of your anti-bodies that help prevent you from being sick goes to your baby to give him/her a jump start. not to mention all the vitiams and menerials. Not to mention it helps prevent brest cancer and helps you loose weight after the baby is born b/c it comes from your fat mostly. Here is a link for more information why it is the best. http://www.womenshealth.gov/breastfeeding/index.cfm?page=home
