I think there's a code you need to enter before the South Korean number - check with your service provider, give customer services a call and they'll sort it out for you

ring up your network provider... perhaps your phone hasn't been set up for international messaging... it happened to me on one of my old mobiles... my network provider activated this service for me once i spoke with them
