If we look to the our neighbour country their are atlaest 3 genuine quick bowler, pitches are the same in the sub continent but India p-roduce nothing, what is the reason for that? Can any body explain to me?

It Is Trend To Make Batsman
Everyone Wants To Be Sachin
And In India Batsman Has the Higher Priority Then Bowler
Every one Would Like To Get Charge To Bowler, Hit Sixes , Fours , scores centuries
And No One Would Like To Be Get Charged Like this.
You get Famous If you batt well : u can be made a captain also
there is no chance for bower to get this two in india
And The Main Enjoyment is in batting :
So There Is Not Much Important for bowlers.

We are from the past well known for spinners and the pitches in India supports not the quickies. Also the stamina of players compared to that of other nation is much lesser, that's bcos of nature. Also, our selectors, use to have a player for long term basis, and they might have not taken that risk by selecting a quick bowler. Ex. being L. balaji, Nehra, shown some sort of quick bowlings but now being out for injury.

The tendency to bowl fast is not there in the country.
Sportsmen are not motivated to bowl fast
They need great stamina and physique
Incentives should be provided to emerging, bright talents.
Because of corruption, politics, doping in indian cricket organisation and coaching, poor bowlers are not able to build stamina, and a supple mind which will help them achieve great pace in their bowling

Easy going Indians will prefer batting.rather than bowling,much less fast bowling.
