To me it sounds like an okay computer, dependant on what you are using for, it is just typying work, searching the net, then this is an okay computer, as it does not say, they prob is not a OS(Operating System) so that might be the catcg, you could quiery on this. I am only a UK Moderator, but i think its worth about £150 in the UK and e200 So to me.. If you want it then go for it, if not then not to worrie, i would seach big companies like Dell, and Acer, they have started doing desktops very, very cheap, or you could build your own computer which would be a little bit cheaper, but a lot more fun.
All the best, i hope this helps.

Yes it is if it's working properly check it out & see by your self
The confuguration is good the only thing is the CPU is a bit slow but it's well covered with the Graphics Card (The FX 5700 is realy good) & the Hdd contain planty of space just check if it doesen't make loud sounds (meaning that the Needle is damaged or somthing & you can hear it working from a distance)
If evrythings works fine just go for it.

You have to ask yourself, who made the computer? What is the quality of the parts used? Is there a warranty? Besides the processor, motherboard, RAM, graphics card and harddrive; what elae are you getting? If the computer is used, you need to find out why they are selling it.
You can always find deals on computers just be thorough in researching before you put your hard earned money out.

Those are all average specs and could probably be worth it. Does it come with other things? Is there more info than that? Its kinda hard to say what the catch is if there is one because all you give is specs and not a website or anything else.

Well it's older, so the price isn't really very low considering the age of CPU and video card. They're like 3 years old.

Well there's probably no monitor, keyboard or mouse. But I doubt there's any other catch.
