Oh, my Goodness, unfortunately, Yes it is! As long as you are in good health and don't have any pre-existing problems you are actually better doing phsyical activity. Although your body does not "feel" like doing it to begin with, it will start your endorphins which will help with the blood flow and ease your cramps. I personally have to drag myself out of bed during that time, and make myself walk the dogs, vacuum, or yes...scrub floors~ and after about 2 hours...I do feel better~ Of course that also gives me the right to crash with a good glass of wine later in the day! LOL! Hope you feel better! Hang in there!

Yes. Your body is cleaning out. I find the more i do the better i feel.

Yeap, it's actually supposed to help with any cramps. Exercise is suggested.

If you are flowing heavy, it might aggrivate that, but it won't harm you. Just work to how you feel comfortable.
