Eagles are good ... everyone likes them. We always play "Peaceful Easy Feeling"
Also tunes from the 60's and 70's .... Candida, If I said you had a beautiful body, Midnight Special, Out my back door, Lodi, Old time rock 'n roll, Sixteen candles etc etc etc.
Been playing rhythm guitar in a band for over 15 years now and if you think that these are too old .... think again. People are getting back to this.
We also play for a lot for the old folk ... like in their 70's. But you have to remember that these people were only 35/40 or less when the Beatles were around.
Music from the 60's and 70's era will never go out. The music from the 80's never really made it. 90's was the start of all the rubbish that people just stand around and get drunk to.
Stick with the 60's and 70's .................. good luck.
