i have been sending this person mails for some time..and havent been getting a response.. i dont knw whether he is even reading the mails or not?

You can certainly tell if he has received them however has he actually read them is a different matter. Just like sending normal you know that it'll get there but whether they read it or toss it you'll never know

It is possible that he has a filter that is screening out your e-mails and deleting them so he never sees them. You would need his screen name and log on password so you could log onto his home page and look at his e-mails to see if he was reading them.

Do you have the e-mail address right?
Maybe you should e-mail them again asking if they got it. If they still don't respond, then either they have switched e-mail addresses, you have the wrong one, or they just hate you.
