if it is your parents home you have no say.......if it is your home you can deny her but as her brother you have an obligation to accept her and help her. There is obviously a reason she would have done such a thing.Would you prefer her to be in danger or the possibility of it? Would you want your sister to cry outside on the sidewalk because she has no family that cares about her? Or worse? Obviously something is the matter for her. Getting along or not a sister would usually do anything to avoid living with her brother . She might feel safe and secure around you even if she wont say so.

depends on the circumstances. If I liked her, and could, I might let her stay. If not, I would kick her out, unless she had nowhere else to go. I would give her a couple days to find something
