healthy balanced food rich in lot of protiens and iron as new baby is developing you have to cater to needs of two persons (baby and you) food like leafy vegetabe, fruits, srppouts, salads and take care of calorie intake that you should not develop diabetic during pregnancy and most of the ladies are prone to dvelop diabetes and that may get continued. take a short walk and drink lot of water as summer is nearing ( if you are in india)

eat a lot of fruits..especially dates,tomatoes,grapes raisin,n apples n drink a lot of fresh milk

whatever you baby feels like eating. please please for all the peoples that are around you, if you dont eat what your body/baby tells you to eat, you will turn into a B--ch, and it will get on everybodys nerves. so for their sake, please eat whatever you crave.
