a best way is to just submit an application letter together with your resume or curriculum vitae by mail personal delivery or by fax..they may not be in need now but they may refer to your application as soon as they need staff."there's no harm in trying".

You probably would like to write the company to inform them of your experiences together with your other qualifications etc. Then tell them that you are available as a temporary worker should there be any position available within the company.

They may make exceptions should your resume impresses them.

Well i am stubborn,I would just keep on calling or bug them as much as possible,30 days at least,but at the same time i would also look and apply for other options.It is March and i have noticed through my own experience that hiring will start now,because businesses have to get ready for it.Demand seems to always be higher starting in spring.
