There is no career or job that brings humility because humility stems from within.
It depends on your personal thoughts, beliefs and behaviors or actions while doing the specific career or job. There are some very arrogant people doing the most menial of tasks while many well-skilled professionals labor with the most incredible humility.
Humility is a choice!

You can find humility in any job, but some take you there more quickly than others. Jobs where your service is unnoticed, hidden, or receives little or no thanks, can produce humility if your heart is right, but it can produce bitterness if your heart is not right. It's about having a heart that wants to serve others and doing every task, with excellence before God. It's doing every task as an act of worship and service.

any job in which you see how fragile human life is has to bring you humility, jobs like EMT, rescue workers, Storm Chaser, Volcanologist will do that in pretty short order, but you will definately have a very exciting life!!!
