Wandsworth Council itself is a rubbish influenced by any crap crap crap Tory. Not only racists, but inefficient.

The food scraps will lead to an increase in the rat population. Wandsworth Council should do something about it.
Mr and Mrs Rat produce about 3000 offspring every year. Not hard to see then that these vermin will very quickly over-run any location like Wandsworth with it's plentiful supply of 'free food'.
[The Mr and Mrs Rat info above is genuine and refers to a single pair or rats. Multiply this by several thousand and you can see how quickly we will get a plague of rats. We've probably already got them but are unaware of it. It has been said for example, that in London, you are never more than a few feet away from a rat...believe!]

Go to the Council website and e-mail the Environmental department which is in charge of rubbish collection.
Wandsworth rubbish collection is the pits. They drop rubbish all over the street when they come and don't care. They are so bad sometimes I think they open up the bags and pour the rubbish out on the street.
