Assuming that English is not your first language and the question was supposed to be, "Who is the most beautiful girl in the whole world?", I would say there's no way to answer that question.
To me, if I think a woman is beautiful, I'm talking about a concept that goes beyond mere physical attraction. I'm talking about beauty on the inside, not just the outside. If someone gave you a beautifully wrapped Christmas present, but inside the box was a plain old rock or, even worse, cow dung, you wouldn't judge in present by the wrapping paper, would you?
While we all see celebrities and the visual image they present, there's really no way to know if they are beautiful. I think Jessica Simpson is beautiful because she's a Christian and waited until she got married to have sex; on the other hand, she seems spoiled and self-indulgent. Again, just an example why the question is impossible to answer.
In any event, if your question was truly about the most beautiful "ho", it's an oxymoron.
