I have the same problem with my dog, I've found that the
best remedy is to saturate the area extremely well, to
dilute the urine, then if I see the area beginning to die,
I dissolve some fertiliser in some water and pour over
the browning grass and repeat this each night so that
it doesn't evaporate in the sun.. I hope this helps..

two ways
stop the dog from urinating on your grass, if its your dog try to train him to use one particular area
or
diluting it but this would mean watching him all the time and using a hose and depending on where you live might not be an option if you have water restrictions

Years ago, I had a landlady tell me to put bicarbonate of soda (half teaspoon per gallon) in my female puppies drinking water to stop killing her grass. She claimed it only worked on bitches. I don't remember if it worked, or why, but my landlady never said anything the rest of the summer and the puppy lived fourteen years.

I stay contained in the rustic so as that is now no longer an issue. earlier I had a lady canine and placed this to be a terrible problem. this isn't any longer undesirable with male canine because they opt for to pee on timber. in case your canine is regularly occurring, you may attempt to take her on leash to the tree section and tell her to pee. once you've new pups, people usually take them out on leash to attempt to coach them to pee on command, and that is the merely time you may really practice them to pee lower than the timber.
