I don't know of any reason to keep frogs off lawns. Other than the occasional contact with the lawn mower. You should consider yourself lucky to have something from nature to observe.

The only way to get rid of the is to kill them. Or catch them and toss them on your neighbors lawn.

It's good to have frogs....they help keep insects under control.
Rid your lawn of frogs and insects will have a lawn party....lol

put up a "frogs not welcome" sign...and put a garden gnome nearby to patrol the border....good luck
