If your like me and can't get anywhere near poison ivy to spray it yourself (too allergic!) try looking in the classified ads in your local newspaper, the yellow pages, the Better Business Bureau (for reputable companies), your local Chamber of Commerse (same reason as previous suggestion) or possible just word of mouth from someone in your neighborhhod.

Save yourself some $ and get RoundUp, spray the PI, clap as it dies! You can use it undiluted - use a paint brush apply to leaves. Doesn't take long to kill the stuff.
