I guess that you are not aware that most restaurants have two lobster tanks........one in the dining area, and one in the kitchen. You pick the lobster and they carry it back to the tank in the kitchen. Then, they go to the freezer and start defrosting your lobster in the microwave. At the end of the day, they move all the lobsters back to the dining room tank.

I would pick my lobster from the tank if I could afford to buy the thing in the first place.

NO, absolutely not! you should ask a girl if she likes lobster before you even discuss going to a lobster place. Personally, I cant tolerate lobster because they cry when they are in the pot, boiling to death. once i made lobster and the experenice haunts me to this day.
Just ask! don't be afriad.

Seriously, i dont really mind choosing out a live lobster. Although it might feel a little cruel, its going to be eaten by someone anyway. Moreover, i'm happy when i've made a good choice. However, if i'm going out on a date, i think it'll be more appropriate for him to choose. After all, he invited you so he's the "host" whether or not he's paying for everything.

Not me. And I love lobster. I don't care how it's killed, they don't have higher functioning brain systems anyway. The "scream" is just steam escaping. However, I still don't care to see my future dinner moving just minutes before it's cooked.
I'm weird that way.

we could see, your betta, it particularly is the toughest fish you may purchase, and the champion of small tank survival, died. This tells you something concerning to the tank... If a betta won't manage to stay in it, NO different fish will survive. Ian

(boys and GIRLS?) yo BOY! females are NOT little girls and you need to learn that and stop calling women GIRLS. its very sexist and demeaning the only women who want to be called girls are over 70 or brain dead

I do, kinda makes my husband queasy, though. But for what they cost, I want to pick a nice spry one, not one that seems half-dead before he ever gets to the kitchen.
