It's not that clear what has happened to you exactly, but it's obvious that you need to take some action. Go to the Citizens Advice bureau and tell them everything, they can advise you where to go from there.

Sorry to be so vague, it sounds as if you've had a tough time. Good luck for the future

You poor thing, you must feel so alone and in despair. I cannot understand why your family have turned against you, surely they know that you haven't done anything? If you have tried all else and failed then the only suggestion I can make is the same as others on here - move away and start a new life. If you want to take drastic measures you can even get your name changed by Deed Poll - see a solicitor. I wish you the very best of luck whatever you decide. Good Bless and good luck x

sorry to hear that! have u tried going to solicitors/lawyers and getting an injunction/molistation order? it enables u to live knowing that if u get 'harrassed' by the person u have the order on, u can call the police n they will HAVE to do something about it almost instantly as its through a court order! the person may or may not get arrested n prosecuted depending on level of offence! its easy enough to get if u have the right grounds, it can take between 1 day to 10 days to get n once its aplied u can be sure that u could move on knowing that u have more support from the autharity! gud luck, hope all goes well. n sorry bout the spelling, lol xx

Move away. You have to start afresh find somewhere to
live. Be strong and above all get your children into education.
You need professional help. All the answers in the world
on here can only be a help if you act on them.
I wish you the very, very best of luck. You deserve it.
Don,t let anyone tell you any different!!

I've heard of identity fraud and even of people stealing the identity of a dead person, but never taking over the life of a whole family.

Very confusing, the police should be very interested in this.

Also through them a court injunction against these people and with that proof that you are who you are and not them. That then frees you from the things they have done in your name.

You may even get help moving to a new location , but you must sort this out first.
Best wishes to you

if you have not done so already, then contact police, advice cebtres, doctor and health visitiors, solicitors etc.
do not let this person ruin your lives.
there are many things you can do, such as injunctions etc. but you must remain strong and pro-active and get this sorted out now.
maybe if you can calm down and express yourself bit more slowly and tell us what exactly has happened, and where the rest of your family are, we can help you more.
sending blesings of strength to you.

I sincerely feel for you. If it's within your means & abilities to do so, move out of that area where people seem to be so mean & uncaring. If not, then tell yourself you don't need their approve to live your life & no reason to be troubled by ignorant people who are mean & cruel. With time & your personality of being able to confront any set back, you will gain their respect or at least, they will leave you alone.

You need to move away with your children and start again. Seek medical help and support and they should be able to help with the benefits office for that area.
