Being a tease is not a good thing... What happen's when you meet the guy that won't take no for an answer??
Put yourself in their place for just a moment... would you appreciate being teased in that way? Some guys may and they may keep coming back for more... or then again.. maybe they keep coming back because they think eventually, they will get what they are after in the first place.
