If you're from the USA, you can watch it for free on abc's official website. Otherwise, you can download it for $1.99 on iTunes, or buy a season pass (every episode of Season 3 when each pne is released) for $34.99.
Alternatively, try Gnutella software such as Limewire and Bearshare. Be warned though, it takes a good few hours per episode, and often you'll have waited 10 hours to find it's not the episode you wanted (but Season 2, Episode 10, for example) or pornography.
