There is really rampant dishonesty .Because Filipinos, although many are highly educated vote for popularity because it makes us happy. Like the fact that Fernando Poe Jr, an actor with american descent, won as President. Filipinos are supposed to be happy for we expect our country to become a fairy tale because the wife of FPJ is supposed to be the most beautiful first lady , being an actress herself.
