Can someone explain I don't really know deeply does it need to have a connection with crime and killing ? I don't think I know more than that.

Yes you are right.It does have connection with crime and killing.The Mafia bosses are said to employ people who kill at their orders.The mafia bosses call such people their hitmen.Then their are freelancer type hitmen who will just kill for money.
