That would be interesting. After all, all of the college graduates in office now with all of their degrees and book learning aren't really doing the job. A degree, especially one that is bought because your family makes generous financial contributions to the school, does not necessarily ensure success in politics. Look at Bush, he is a graduate of Yale and he is totally lacking in both book smarts and common sense. A drunk on skid row panhandling for change is more eloquent than he is.
Education does not necessarily have to take place in a college or university. In reality, we are educated every day. The world is the largest classroom there is. You learn through life experiences and communication with others. Therefore, no one is really uneducated.
Some of our early Presidents had little or no formal education. Abraham Lincoln was basically self taught. Andrew Jackson, was nearly illiterate and his wife had to read things to him.
I once read the qualifications to run for political office. I never saw anything pertaining to the type of education a person needs. I think if a person is a citizen and has a desire to serve the people and act in the best interests of the United States, then he or she should be able to run for office regardless of their educational level.

The do all the time.

Look up the video of Gore in the tour of the White house just after Clinton's first term election. He asked who the people were in the "bust room" The guide started naming em off "George Washington, John Adams, James Madison...." (the past presidents, in order)

Clinton was busting a gut laughing at the idiot he had for a VP.

It made prime time news.

Idiots in office is the norm. not the exception.

Define educated?
It used to be being able to read and write.
In this day and age a citizen is exposed to a 1000 times more information than 20 years ago.

My MP doesn't have a degree, but he is one of the best mps out there.
