Since ECW is dead why not ask this question. Will The Alpha Male Monty Brown (Ok Marquis Cor Von for you jackasses) be the next in line at Bobby Lashley? I have heard from plenty of sources that this is the case, and it could most likely happen after Wrestlemania. I mean, look at this guy. You think you are seeing dominance in the ring from this man, you should have saw him back in TNA when he first started.
And that big shoulder block is called the POUUUUUUNCE-AH...PERIOD! I know plenty of you are WWE homers and don't know a thing about this guy, but you tell me what you think.
The Alpha Male Monty Brown is very deserving of his title shot. TNA had this guys hopes up, and then they stuffed them down the drain. I am kind of glad he came to WWE to seek future success. I mean the guy has got the mic skills (And he would show more of them if Vince would let him use his "Serengetti" and "Pounce" lines) He is very charasmatic and as shown he has the skills to back it up in the ring.

Monty Brown was a TNA Version of John Cena. With more power and a bit more talent. The same holds true now that he is Marcus CorVon in WWE. And the Reason why Vince doesn't let him use Serengheti and Pounce lines is the Fact that TNA probably bought out the rights to those. Much the same as WWE did to the Dudley Boys.

I wasn't a big fan of Monty's in TNA. I thought his gimmick was annoying and they didn't really let him show if he could wrestle or not. However, I like him in ECW. I think he's improved immensely on the mic and has shown that he's a good wrestler.
I have a feeling they are going to push him and eventually have him win the ECW title. Rumor has it, the reason they made CM Punk stop using the Anaconda Vice is because Monty has a similar finisher and they want to allow him to use it exclusively (i.e. a sign they want to push him, IMO), since they are most likely moving Punk to RAW soon.

why did he not get an extended title run in tna???

he would be better than lashley
FAR better
but,,the top guy in ECW remains RVD
he's really,,very popular
they should have him as ecw champ
if not,,,then monty brown deserves it

please excuse me as most wrestling fans watch all the ones on tv as his ECW character is marcus carbone as he hasnt named that move yet in ECW but we all know its the Powwwwwwnce.period! as he still uses the alpha male but he also has yet to own his own name as wwe tries to buy their own names for thier "wrestlers". so they can make the big dollars not the wrestlers themselves. just like many different names for the sharpshooter, scorpion deathlock. the same finisher.wawhat was Taz submission called as wasnt it anotherr name other than million dollar dream?
