a good personality consists of intelligence,physique and character...if u have all these qualities then definitely you wil have a good personality..however physique not just means beauty...but it means that one has to live a healthy life...proper eating habits,excercise and bit of meditation wil help you to build a good physique..never take any sort of stress in life..it affects ur appearance a lot..ur intelligence is the most important factor of all..a good mind n a good heart is the road to a good personality..it will make u a better human being n ofcourse will help u to achieve success in life..eat wel n sleep wel too..

Keep busy.
I would say to always be doing something for somebody.
People always need help.
To keep from being around the same people, just keep doing things for other people so you don't become to close and get too involved in personal affairs.
Listen, but not too hard. Be too busy to be distracted.
Boredom often leads to rhetoric and useless conversation.
Don't get too involved in any group thing. Just help out in any way you can. Too many chiefs. Not enough indians.
Get really involved in your own personal hobby. So you have nobody to complain about when things go wrong except yourself.
Carry books and read them when you get bored. It protects you from idle conversation.
Just keep busy.
