try crunchyroll.com, but u gotta sign up first. then u gotta log in, search for anime u want, then download. but it doesn't hav all the anime you want... hope this helps...

Realitylapse.com - You only have to pay 5$ and you can download almost all of these cartoons. You will be able to download more than one episode at a time. Some episodes though are not in English, but have subtitles. Each download takes about 7 minutes and if you think about it, that's not long. Oh, one more thing..... One good thing about Realitylapse.com is that each episode is below 80 or so MB. All the other places are above, 170MB...
