How can I clean dust from UNDER my laptop screen?

I've got a Toshiba R15 tablet. Ever since I got the computer, I've noticed some dust spots on the screen. Frequent cleanings have lead me to believe that the dust is UNDERNEATH the screen. Also, more recently, a hair seems to have worked it's way into the middle of my screen. Any suggestions?

go to computere shop and ask if there can open your lap top and clean dust xexexex :D
