You can do it quite easily with the right equipment.
What you need is a purpose built shaver that is designed to shave pubic hair. These personal shavers can be used on other body parts but are specifically designed to shave your genitals.
Do not use a normal razor. It can be done but the result is always less than you would like and the risk of pain, itching, ingrown hairs, razor burn etc etc is much much higher.

They are both as good as each other in my opinion, it just comes down to a personal choice.

It is nearly impossible to shave them with out getting razor burn or cuts. Your testicles were not meant to be shaved the hair is there for a reason, to act as insulation to keep them warm or cool enough to make healthy sperm.
It is not easy due to the elasticity of the sac and all of the wrinkles. Do not try an electric razor that is even worst because it bites the loose skin. I wouldn't bother with it but you will find out there is not an easy or comfortable way and they are not comfortable when the hair grows back either.

Shaving your pubs is Ok just as long you don’t cut yourself; I shave all the time down there! In fact I been doing it for 6 years now and it feels good, it may take a couple of times to get used to it and it may itch during that process. People that I’m with don’t complaint about having hair in there mouth and seem to enjoy it much longer.
Even if you just trim it down solves a lot of the problems of having hair in the mouth, it’s neater and cleaner and the Girls seem to enjoy it a lot. (The guys to) it’s the boys that can’t get enough.

Don't use a razor. Use an electric shaver. It's too easy to cut yourself with a razor. Also, you will need to get some baby lotion. Your skin will burn too much if you don't use baby lotion after you shave.

Whatever you do, DON'T use Nair on your balls.
Shave them when they are clean, and only shave them in the shower with tons of soap. moisturizer and splashing water.

let somebody do it for you. they can stretch the skin + see what they are doing + you will probably enjoy it

U CAN NOT DO IT!!!!!!!!! u can just CUT it or SHAVE it NOT cleanly
