According to the BBC there have been two reports of contaminated fuel in Merseyside and another 9 nearby. There's a map here... http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/uk/6407447.stm

well i live in Milton Keynes and i havn't been affected, but then again i have an old car. (Though my parents think they may have)
