I'm considering having a breast implants, does anyone know what the safest implants are to have?

All modern implants will have a silicone outer shell and have different insides, depending on the shape, size and texture that you want and prefer. The safest method- as in the quickest and with the best results is having the implants put under the muscle, they will sit perkier and will not droop or collapse to the sides of the chest.

They say saline are the safest. Make sure you do your research on the implants and the doctor who's going to do the procedure. Ask him to give you numbers of other women he's done that surgery on. If he is reluctant in doing so... than that's probably a sign you need to find another doctor. Don't be afraid to ask questions. Good Luck.

saline implants are best and depending on if you have enough breast tissue,that would determine if you will need them implanted under the muscle or on top of the muscle of the chest wall. I think that if you are geting them for all he right reasons (which would be yourself wanting them and not for a guy) Anything that you can do to yourself that will build up your confidence level is awsome. make sure you get SALINE. good luck

why would u want a breast implant? the main function of breast is to lactate. size of breast doesnt matter for the quantity of ur milk production. so make your part more worth looking. rather than having a huge useless dangling fats.

Saline. I'm not sure if over the muscle or under is safer but under looks more natural. The surgery is the dangerous part so make sure you have a good doc who is board certified in plastic surgery.
