Happiness is defined as:
God's greatest creation!
Love from your parents,Siblings, Friends,etc. etc. and all those who matters to you!
The time when you achieve your goals.
The time when your Dream comes true.
When you find your very first Love!
And all bits of things that makes you Smile!
You should always like what you do and not do what you like.Thats the secret of happiness!
Hope you get many many many happiness in your life!

Ignorance. Ignorance is Bliss.
I could be happy in the worst conditions.
Then, all it takes is for somebody or something to let me know that it could be better and how I am living is bad. They always seem to do that.
Death. (They screwed that part up too. I hope they are all wrong.)

Happiness is the way that you feel when you are not judging anything.
It moment you start judging you find something that you don't like and then you are no longer happy.
The cure for unhappiness is to stop judging.

i am hapopy all the time because i am grateful how far i have come. with millions of people who may be in povety i am lucky and those who are homelees i am lucky for those who have an illnees i must be doing alright. good question and may happinees glow in your life and no matter what you do . i wish you luck all the best

- accepting one's own self and body; not feeling inferior because of expectations placed upon you by others, or in contrast to the physical appearance of advertising models.
- benevolence; giving to others and doing for others who - for one reason or another - are not capable of doing for themselves.
- sensual pleasures; music, food, sex
- a wonderful wife and life partner who stands by me through the dark moments, and cares about my welfare.
- being able to create; music, art
- enjoying nature; wilderness canoeing
