I think openess is key to a relationships survival. Conversations with your spouse is very important. It allows you two to grow and continually learn about one another. Plus, it makes you even better friends.

It is very important, to have communication in the relationship with your spouse. Without communication and conversation your spouse will find it elsewhere and you and i would not like that to happen. Then that leads to cheating and then divorce. Conversation IS VERY IMPORTANT. SO, TALK AWAY. HAVE A BLESS MARRIED.

I think conversation is important with your spouse. However, conversation for the sake of conversation is kind of useless.

Conversation is the real key to a successful marriage, my husband & I have just celebrated our 17th wedding anniversary...he asked me if we could make another 17yrs and I answered yes definately. We constantly talk to each other about everything, we have our own niggles and gripes about each other but who doesn't? If we didn't communicate, I wouldn't see much point staying together, but as I said we communicate all the time, and we still make each other laugh which is another important factor in a successful marriage.

It is important for some people. My man has been acting strange for the last 2 days...He doesn't want to talk, spend time with me or even answer a simple question like are you coming to bed? So we haven't talked since yesterday and I had the worst day at work, I'm in such a bad mood that everyone is pissing me off and my eyes are twitching. So Obviously his silence is effecting me.

It is very important and please don't forget that. I'm am divorced from the man I love because the man did not communicate there for I was a very lonely married women.I felt very alone.
