"Adam & Paul" it's a comedy about two heroin addicts in Ireland,
"The Magdalene Sisters" a movie about an Irish institution for young woman in the 60's, a beautiful yet challenging film.

"In The Name Of The Father" is absolutely brilliant. Pete Postlethwaite and Daniel Day-Lewis star as Irishmen that are mistaken for IRA terrorists and wrongfully sent to prison.
If you like crime/mob movies, "Miller's Crossing" by the Coen Brothers is a 1920's gansters movie about rival Italian and Irish mobs in America.
If you want to keep it limited Irish productions, "I Went Down" is another good crime story. Two rival crime bosses each have one plate to print counterfiet bills; can they call a truece to make a fortune or will greed and hatred ruin everything?
American productions featuring the Irish:
Far And Away
The Quiet Man
The Devil's Own
Wearing Of The Grin (Porky Pig cartoon)

'Irish Jam' even though it hardly qualifies, because it wasn't shot in eire, has few if any Irish actors, American produced and financed. that is manages to be the most suitable and worst Irish comedy movie...balk component 10.

Umm... "Boondock Saints?" It's not an Irish-made film, but it's about two brothers from Ireland that tear up the streets of New York.
